This tutorial will help you to manage your dns's with a free account.
This tutorial was made using Chrome 12.0.742.122 on Windows 7 Professional 32bit.
First you need to go to http://dns.he.net and register.
After this, you can add a domain. It doesn't matter if it's a Top Level Domain or not. The only thing it has to have is the nameservers pointed to ns1.he.net, ns2.he.net, ns3.he.net, ns4.he.net or even ns5.he.net previously on doing this step.
A new windows will come up.
After adding you domain, you're able to start managing. Click on the domain you want to edit and start doing what you like.
you can add a A type, where the name is the sub-domain you want to add. For example, if you want to add an A record point to lusovps.com, the name should be @ and the ip should be what you like. If you want to add a sub domain, you should place the name you want pointing to proper ip. For example, if you want to add www.lusovps.com, you should place the name as www and the ip address pointing to what you want. In our case, the www.lusovps.com and lusovps.com are pointing to the same ip address.
